The Company specializes in the development and construction of real estate projects in Israel, with a primary focus on urban renewal initiatives, including Pinui-Binui (Evacuation and Reconstruction) projects, National Outline Plan 38/1 (TAMA 38/1) for strengthening existing buildings, National Outline Plan 38/2 (TAMA 38/2) demolition and reconstruction projects, as well as conventional real estate development projects carried out through combination transactions, land acquisitions, or a combination thereof, all with the objective of developing, enhancing, and improving urban renewal projects.
The Company's website has been established to provide visitors, existing customers, and prospective customers with convenient access to information regarding the Company's activities and its various projects. In addition, the website serves as a customer service platform as well as a marketing and sales channel.
Use of the Website and Marketing Campaigns
The use of the Company's website (the "Website"),
including the websites of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as
any marketing campaign, landing page, or similar digital platform, is subject
to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("User")
and the Company. By accessing or using the Website, the User acknowledges that
they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the

these Terms and any translated version, the Hebrew version shall prevail.

Where access to specific services requires the creation of a username and password, Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.

The Company uses various computerized systems and platforms to analyze marketing performance and manage its operations, including, without limitation:
- Monday.com for project and lead management;
- Endpoint protection and workstation security systems;

The Company's databases and those of its clients are not processed by third parties as independent data processors, except as expressly described in this Privacy Policy.
The Company uses third-party technologies, including those provided by Google and Meta, solely for marketing, analytics, and advertising purposes, including cookies, tracking technologies, and remarketing services.
